About us

Established in 1981 by Dr. Ron Blake, North Blackburn Square Clinic was originally located in the North Blackburn Square Shopping Centre, opposite its current location. It has since been expanded to a four-doctor practice and has grown in the areas of Patient care services. The Clinic is committed to providing quality family medical care.

North Blackburn Square Clinic supports general practitioners, independent practitioners, and nurses in various areas of expertise by providing a range of business, administrative, and clinical support.

Test Results

Your doctor will inform you when they would expect the results to be delivered to the practice. Once the date is confirmed, please make a follow-up appointment to discuss your results with your doctor as no results will be discussed over the phone.  

In case of a clinically significant result, we will contact you to schedule a follow-up appointment as soon as possible to discuss the results with your doctor.  

Please ensure that all your personal contact details are promptly updated in case there are any changes to avoid delays in communication.  

Telephone Calls

As Our Independent Doctors do not usually accept phone calls, you will have to leave your message with our reception and we will convey the message and let them know to follow up with you. Our Independent Doctors cannot offer consultations over call so you would need to schedule a follow-up consultation with our doctor.

We Value Feedback

We value every patient’s feedback and would encourage you to provide your feedback to Our Independent Doctors and reception staff on how your experience with our service was. By providing us with valuable feedback, it enables us to improve or amend our services where needed.  

Call us at (03) 9878 3100 between 8.30 am to 6:30 pm From Monday to Friday, and between 9:30 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday to make an appointment with the doctor that suits your need and issue. If your assigned doctor is not available, another on-call doctor will be available to assist you. Our Independent Doctors are always available to assist you in case of an Emergency or need for an Urgent Care. We participate in e-health records programs.
